21B1 U90 - (CGM) Angle-Resolved UPS

Endstations

One high-resolution angle-resolved photoemission end-station is located at this beamline, which consists of one sample preparation chamber and the main chamber. The sample preparation chamber is equipped with 10 K close-cycled cryogenic cooling head, an ion sputter gun, and LEED. The main chamber is equipped with one Scienta SES-200 energy analyzer. The energy analyzer has an energy resolution of 7 meV and angular resolution of 0.5 degrees, and it can be rotated around the excitation beam to perform the angular dependent experiments.
