01B1 SWLS - X-ray Microscopy

Abstract

This beamline is a high flux DCM X-ray beamline with a toroidal focusing mirror, which provides monochromatic photon beams with energies from 5 keV to 20 keV for X-ray scattering, diffraction, X-ray tomography and the related experiments. At the sample position, the expected photon flux is about 7 × 1011 photon/sec/200mA with an average energy resolution (ΔE/E) of 1 × 10-3 and the focused beam size is about 1 mm × 0.4 mm. An average photon flux of 3 × 1011 photon/sec/200mA has been obtained.
