Detectors and End Station:

End station 1: UHV chamber with current meter and permanent magnet for degree of linear polarized light measurement.

End station 2: UHV chamber with fluorescence detector, current meter, and one tesla Electric Magnet for XAS, MCD and MLD experiment.

Open cycle liquid Helium and Nitrogen cryostat

The end-station is primarily designed for studying electronic and magnetic structures of new materials like high-Tc superconductors and CMR magnetic materials.
